Since the establishment of Hengrun Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. in April 2006, this company, which initially started with only a 50-person team focused on producing 95% flusilazole technical concentrate, achieved sales of over 5 million RMB in its very first year (with technical concentrate accounting for 80% and formulations 20%), laying a solid foundation for subsequent development; subsequently, in July 2019, it established Shaanxi Runwusheng Biotechnology Co., Ltd. to enter the international market, and in 2020, it shipped its first product order to South Africa. In July 2022, Shaanxi Hengrun Linong Biotechnology Co., Ltd., with a total investment of 211 million RMB, was officially established in the Qingshui Industrial Park in Yulin, focusing on the synthesis and production of seven technical concentrates including flusilazole, cyprodinil, fludioxonil, covering a total area of 127.957 mu. By 2024, the company further undertook the domestic application registration for the innovative technical concentrate LD02040-01, investing over 60 million RMB in production equipment and 21 million RMB in registration fees with the Ministry of Agriculture. It also collaborated with multiple research institutions such as Northwest A&F University, the Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences, the Anhui Academy of Agricultural Sciences, the Shandong Academy of Agricultural Sciences, the Yunnan Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and Beijing Beijiu Technology Co., Ltd. to conduct indoor and outdoor field efficacy, biological testing, and toxicological and environmental assessments, gradually building a complete development pattern spanning from technical concentrate production to international trade, and from capacity expansion to technological innovation.
